Even I was surprised at how closing my eyes and listening to a few of my favourite songs totally changed my mood. Music is a great form of therapy and often our favourite songs come with positive memories that instantly remind us of good times. However random the mix is, try putting your top 3-5 songs on a playlist, put on some headphones and just tune out the world for 15 minutes!
